You've already done a lot of maritime, trade and colonial-focused runs (Mare Nostrum, All Your Trade Are Belong to Us, The Spice Must Flow, The Grand Armada and Portugal-adjacent accomplishments), so aiming for Portugal-style early global trade (The Navigator), dominating Mediterranean trade centers as a regional naval power (Consulate of the Sea), and a manageable low-country consolidation/fort buildout (Get out of my swamp) all build on your strengths and are realistically achievable next steps.
