You’ve already done a lot of Byzantine/Anatolian and Mediterranean play (Basileus, Golden Horn, Why is the Rûm gone!? and Mare Nostrum), so aiming to solidify Orthodox control of key patriarchal sees, eliminate Venice and control Venice’s home region, and push a related Crusader/Jerusalem goal from Provence builds on your existing regional strength and playstyle while remaining challenging but realistic.
