You already have many Central/Eastern European and Russian achievements (Holy Roman / HRE, Polish-Lithuanian related, Russian power and colonization), so pushing east into Siberia, restoring Great Moravia from a local start, and forming Poland from a small Polish duchy are coherent next steps that reuse your regional knowledge and diplomacy/military experience without requiring a wholly different playstyle.
