Why we think so

You already restored great empires and played strong European/Byzantine-style campaigns (True Heir of Timur, Mare Nostrum, The Chrysanthemum Throne, etc.), so aiming for Byzantine/late-Byzantine goals and Balkan/Turkish dominance (restore Byzantium fully, remove Venice and own Venetian provinces, and unite the Balkans as Serbia) forms a coherent, reachable progression focused on the same region and mechanics you know.
